Take stock for a moment...
And answer: in which of these areas are you the laziest?
When it comes to building your business, are you lagging behind on:
- Lead Generation,
- Product Sales,

- Operations, or

And the real question is: WHY?
In your daily operations, what triggers too much pain, confusion, or headache for you to look at directly?
Because your weakest link is going to be the exact arena where you should allocate more effort.
Your business could be crushing lead gen. and making products fly off the shelves...
But then if your fulfillment process is messier than a giant tangled rubber band ball with 50 colors... what's the point?

Picture the same scenario, but with a dialed fulfillment process and strong SOPs for your employees to deliver on.
The product would not only sell a ton...
It would enrich the lives of your customers, due to a PROCESS for its delivery.
Maybe an email comes in 5 minutes after purchase, revealing how to get the most out of your product.
Let's Say It a Consulting Course,
Focused on Outbound.
The 5-minute-after-purchase email shows them the most relevant 3 things to get their first consulting client in the next month.
The top-priority videos are in Module 1, 2, and 3 - and you share a proven process to apply those videos in your email.
That email also might have:
- a downloadable cheat sheet / action checklist to get their first client in 30 days,
- a follow-up link for a short VSL, sharing more value and adding a "tag" to a customer's email, since they expressed more interest in personal help
- that video could have a CTA that up-sells private coaching to a select audience,
And if they don't buy, that tag is sent a sequence of follow-ups to get them on a 1-on-1 call with a closer of yours.
A setter could then followup to confirm the call and lock it in.
This is how you truly combat any painful laziness, and dial in the customer journey.
Look at your weakest link, find new ways of strengthening it with a different solution, and don't be afraid to look at those problems head on.
Stay persistent.

It can be too easy to focus only on your strongest points, and optimize those for further sales and success.
And while that's important, you should be shoring up your weakest links, so they don't sink your boat entirely.
Don't let your successful areas blind you to what needs improvement.
Stay diligent on tweaking up weaker links, so your business is even more robust - playing offense and defense together.
