Too many businesses overwhelm their clients. We call these 'buffet businesses'. If you want to set yourself apart...

First & Fifteenth - August 15th, 2023:
"How 6-Course Meals Can Transform Your Business"

Read Time: 6 Minutes

,

If you're an info marketer...

Or if you package your expertise and sell it online...

Then I want you to imagine for a split second:

Imagine if...

Instead of low, inconsistent sales trickles...

You had a raving fan base - who eagerly bought everything you had for sale - with as little friction as possible.

Imagine if...

Instead of hit-or-miss campaigns and guesswork...

You could provide the EXACT solutions your target market entrusted you to provide them with.

Imagine if...

Instead of losing thousands in potential revenue, you had systems that could reliably:

- follow up with,
- engage,
- nurture,
- tell stories to,
- make limited offers, and
- provide unique, unheard of value on autopilot

... how different would your business look, from where it is now?

What might that unlock in your life, seeing a drastically improved P&L?

These things aren't a fantasy or fairy tale.

They're what we specialize in at Motive In Motion - and the results speak for themselves.

I'll cover three specific ways we do this, so you can take these techniques and apply them to your own info product campaigns!

1) We Consider Every Touch Point from a High-Level Overview

From the second a customer enters into any part of your funnel, we do a few things:

a) understand what this specific target is looking for,
b) uncover which marketing "bucket" they belong in,
c) gauge their interests, pains, desires, and
d) uncover the most efficient way to move them toward a paid solution (for at least one of their problems)

Then, we start looking at all the offers in the business.

We decide with the client which are top priority, and in what order they should be presented.

2) We Prioritize, Simplify & Sometimes Combine Core Offerings

The last thing we want to do, is create what I call "a buffet business" - one that sells to anybody, offers everything at once, and overwhelms your prospect.

We want to craft 6-course meals instead!

See, in most gourmet dinners, several plates are brought to you in succession.

First, comes an hors d'oeuvre, then soup, then an appetizer, and salad - followed by the main course and dessert.

Fine dining is all about the experience. The personalized service.

The more you can make your business like an elegant meal (where every addition makes sense and perfectly follows the last)...

... the more revenue, long-term business, referrals, and brand equity you will create.

Why?

Because people often don't know what they need - nor the order in which it should be presented.

So when you remove confusion, you increase conversion.

When you reduce complexity, you remove friction - and they take more action.

And, they feel catered to.

Lastly...

3) We Design Marketing Assets That Elicit Action
At Each Stage of the Funnel

This is crucial.

Because the more you test and tweak - optimizing for conversions at each stage - the more bulletproof your funnels will be.

Maybe you've got an e-book opt-in, revealing one strategy for X.

But might a video training - with a free checklist solving X - convert better? And garner you more leads, at a higher conversion rate?

Perhaps your core offer could be improved with 3 new bonuses, interviews from industry experts, or other forms of social proof / scarcity.

Always keep these 3 in mind:

1) Think About Every Touch Point from a High-Level Overview

2) Prioritize, Simplify & Sometimes Combine Your Core Offerings

3) Design Assets That Elicit Action At Each Stage of the Funnel

... and you're bound to watch your sales funnel results explode!

Avoid These Mistakes:

It's sometimes too easy to assume you know what your prospect wants.

Don't ever make this mistake.

Always poll, research, and uncover hidden answers - so you can serve them up the most value.

This will also help you architect the sequence your campaigns follow.

If you know your customer inside out, you'll know the best order to present your offers.

Tying It All Together:

Your business is better digested when you don't just send it all to your customer at once.

This is overwhelming and confusing.

First, identify the bottom of your funnel. Then, work in reverse.

You know your core offer, and how you want them to participate?

Great!

Reverse engineer it by breaking pieces of it up and exchanging that for one action at a time, all the way up.

Example - your core offer is a high-ticket course.

You can solve one singular problem in a roundup module, that you give away as a free video training.

Next step, you can up-sell them a private coaching session that teaches them the next solutions to the problem that opens up afterwards.

Finally, you lead them to your full solution that is the high-ticket course.

Capisce?

Your One-Minute Takeaway:

Don't be a buffet business...

Plan out an adequate 6-course meal that makes your customers feel heard, understood, and catered to.

Discover the order of offers they'd like to be presented as well.

You'll be off to Michelin Star territory in no time!

Here's How We Can Help Supercharge Your Results:

If you're running an expert business (where you package and sell your expertise in membership sites, paid communities, or online courses)...

Motive In Motion specializes in helping you scale - holistically and profitably.

We help you plug holes, systemize your funnels, and reach new heights.

If you've got a validated offer, sold to a hungry niche audience who loves you, and currently bring in $10k+ per month?

We should talk.

Even if you're earlier on your journey, but have an engaged email list, expertise in your niche (experience, credibility, social proof), and want to crush your first product offering...

We've got solutions for that too. Our clients share things with us afterwards, like:

"Motive In Motion is my go-to team for all my Direct Response needs. They understands my market niche perfectly, and communicate with my audience on a personal level.

Their marketing campaigns have single-handedly brought me multiple six-figure sales from product launches, and made my email autoresponder a money-making machine! Try 'em out, you won't regret it."

-

"We'd tried a few email launches in the past, and our results with those strategies were mediocre - sometimes crickets! After implementingMotive In Motion's campaigns, we saw a soft-launch of around $35,670 in profit in just one week of launching.

At first, we were hesitant of a large brand investment, uncertain the ROI would be there. But there was a huge difference between what we invested and returns we saw. We learned so much and created evergreen assets that
continue to pay dividends and compound every subsequent month and year we continue to run this offer."
